About the Role

You will lead targeting-driven investigative work: run legal process end-to-end, fuse on-chain and off-chain data, trace scam operations geographically and operationally, process high-volume returns into targeting-ready intelligence, pivot from single victims to network-level targets, and produce clear written attribution and targeting packages for investigators.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience
• Federal law enforcement (e.g., FBI, HSI, IRS-CI, Secret Service), Intelligence Community all-source analysis, or mission-aligned private sector equivalent
• Legal process expertise and experience drafting and working returns from US legal process
• Creative tactical thinking with the ability to pivot from a single point to a network view
• Link and pattern analysis fluency
• Strong written communication for memos and attribution write-ups
• AI fluency and demonstrated use of AI tools in investigative workflows
• US Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Must be located in the Washington, D.C./MD/VA area

• Pivot from individual victims to uncover networks and multiply leads
• Produce written attribution memos and federal-style leads
• Collaborate with analysts and leads to translate disruption strategy into targeting packages
