About the Role

You will be the technical bridge between customers and the engineering team across our product suite. You will translate customer needs into practical technical solutions and demos. You will join sales calls and customer meetings as the technical authority and own the relationship after sale. You will build prototypes and integrations that accelerate value, and contribute to guides and architecture walkthroughs to help customers succeed on the platform.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineering ability with production code experience and the ability to reason about systems end to end.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to lead technical conversations with customers and join sales calls.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, and experience with Next.js, React, and tRPC as core stack technologies.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and CLIs and explaining them clearly to others.
  • Bias toward ownership and the ability to take an ambiguous customer problem and drive it to a delivered solution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering and sales, translating customer requirements into engineering work and vice versa.
  • Join sales calls and customer meetings as the technical authority, run demos, scope integrations, and answer architecture questions about Targon TVM attestation and confidential compute.
  • Scope customer requirements and translate them into concrete technical solutions, integrations, and deployments on Targon.
  • Build prototypes, integrations, and tooling that accelerate value for customers, from API integration with the Targon Cloud to standing up confidential workloads.
  • Provide structured customer feedback to engineering and product, and work with the core team to deliver solutions, fixes, and roadmap input.
  • Write and present technical content such as integration guides and architecture walkthroughs, and follow up after calls to move deals forward.
  • Own the technical relationship post-sale, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring customers succeed on the platform.
