About the Role
You will design, maintain, and deploy scalable end-to-end training pipelines. You will transfer control policies to robotic hardware, integrate learned policies with perception, planning, and actuation, evaluate algorithms, analyze real-world results, and iterate on robotic systems.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in robotics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years applying reinforcement learning or imitation learning in physical systems
- Familiarity with PPO and SAC
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++
- Proficiency in PyTorch, ONNX, and reinforcement-learning frameworks
- Experience with physics-based simulators for large-scale policy training
- Understanding of control theory, motion planning, and robot kinematics and dynamics
- Experience with sim-to-real transfer and deployment of learning-based policies on physical robots
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and deploy scalable end-to-end training pipelines
- Optimize hyperparameters
- Transfer control policies from simulation to robotic hardware
- Integrate learned policies with perception, planning, and actuation
- Analyze robot behavior and learning performance
- Evaluate and benchmark state-of-the-art algorithms
- Stay current with reinforcement learning and imitation learning research
- Work autonomously on evolving tasks
