About the Role
You will own the pipeline from reinforcement-learning algorithm development through production deployment. You will train manipulation and locomotion policies in simulation, close the sim-to-real gap, build evaluation infrastructure, and deploy reliable robot skills to customer sites.
Requirements
- Strong Python or C++ and experience with large codebases and build tools
- Proficiency with PyTorch for reinforcement-learning training
- Experience with simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim or MuJoCo
- Experience training manipulation or locomotion policies and addressing sim-to-real transfer

- Train and deploy reinforcement-learning policies for manipulation and locomotion
- Advance sim-to-real transfer techniques
- Build policy training and evaluation infrastructure
- Partner with hardware, controls, data, and QA functions to deploy robot skills
