About the Role
Own and build the technical capability layer that enables teams to use agentic AI safely at scale, including connectors, execution environments, access controls, onboarding, deployment standards, evaluation, governance, reliability, and observability.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software, platform, infrastructure, or adjacent engineering roles
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems with LLM workflows, tool-calling agents, evaluation loops, or autonomous execution
- Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Strong experience with APIs, authentication, OAuth, secrets, CLI tooling, and deployment patterns
- Cloud-native experience with containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience implementing AI governance controls, access boundaries, audit logging, approval workflows, and safe deployment standards
- Ability to operate in fast-moving and compliance-aware environments
- Strong bias toward simplification, standardization, and operational reliability
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own the connector and service integration layer for AI workflows
- Design and ship execution environments for agents and autonomous workflows
- Build reusable platform services, golden paths, and self-service templates
- Productize onboarding for developers and non-developers
- Define and enforce standards for agent execution, evaluation loops, and deployment
- Partner with Security and IT on deployable patterns for higher-risk AI capabilities
- Own AI governance, access controls, audit trails, approval criteria, and deployment boundaries
- Set reliability, observability, and operational standards for AI infrastructure
- Act as technical escalation for onboarding and platform rollout issues
- Turn exception handling into repeatable operational paths
