About the Role
You will design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI agent deployments and connect platforms with CRM, ERP, ticketing, and contact-center systems. You will configure API integrations, test reliability and agent performance, advise customers, design prompts and conversational flows, refine voice output, and document best practices.

Responsibilities
