About the Role
You will design end-to-end enterprise AI-agent architectures and connect the platform to customer systems. You will configure API integrations, test reliability and agent performance, resolve delivery blockers, and advise customers on deployment scope. You will translate customer workflows into prompts and conversational components, refine voice output, and document reusable implementation practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration
- Experience solving complex problems across multiple systems and data sources
- Experience implementing complex SaaS systems such as CRM, ERP, contact-center, or ticketing platforms
- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON, XML, API testing tools, and API authentication patterns
- Experience consuming enterprise API documentation, data transformation, and field mapping
- Risk assessment and problem-solving skills
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise AI-agent deployments
- Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs
- Collaborate on complex and custom integration scenarios
- Test architecture, integration reliability, and AI-agent performance
- Resolve delivery blockers with internal stakeholders and customers
- Scope deployments and provide architecture advice to customers and partners
- Design prompts and conversational flows from customer requirements
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, lexicons, and regular expressions
- Document best practices, guides, and product capabilities
