About the Role
You will partner with sales on customer security discussions, own vendor security questionnaire responses, and maintain security assurance materials. You will translate customer requirements into internal actions, coordinate evidence with stakeholders, identify deal blockers, and report customer assurance trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, engineering, or STEM
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, third-party risk management, security assurance, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience owning customer vendor security questionnaires and participating in security due-diligence discussions
- Technical fluency in AI or LLM platforms, CI/CD, IAM, DevOps, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
- Understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and control mapping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain required authorization
Responsibilities
- Support sales as a cybersecurity and GRC presales partner
- Own and improve responses to vendor security questionnaires, RFPs, assessments, and due-diligence requests
- Maintain a reusable knowledge base of control narratives
- Develop working knowledge of AI, CI/CD, IAM, DevOps, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and IT and AI governance
- Keep Trust Center materials and security collateral current
- Translate customer security requirements into actionable internal requests
- Contribute to third-party risk, customer assurance, and vendor security policies
- Coordinate framework evidence with GRC and security teams
- Identify questionnaire patterns and deal blockers
- Present status updates on security asks, vendor risk, and customer assurance themes
