About the Role
You will lead cloud security architecture across AWS and GCP. You will build Terraform modules and guardrails, design identity and network security, secure Kubernetes workloads, automate security controls, operate monitoring and detection pipelines, perform threat modeling, and review critical infrastructure changes.
Requirements
- Experience building cloud security platforms or foundational infrastructure in AWS and GCP
- Terraform fluency, including state management, module design, and rollout strategies
- Knowledge of cloud IAM and network design
- Ability to define long-term technical direction in ambiguous environments
- Experience with security automation, code, and guardrails
- Ability to influence architecture through technical depth
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud security foundations across AWS and GCP
- Author Terraform-based security architecture, modules, guardrails, and secure defaults
- Design and operate cloud identity systems
- Lead cloud network security design
- Build and maintain security automation across CI/CD and cloud environments
- Secure Kubernetes and container production workloads
- Implement logging, monitoring, and detection pipelines
- Perform threat modeling and architectural reviews
- Review infrastructure changes, mentor engineers, and improve security standards
