About the Role
Plan and execute personal data and privacy compliance programs, including policies, processes, controls, and audit preparation. Provide privacy and compliance advice, conduct privacy impact assessments, maintain personal data protection systems, and implement security control frameworks such as ISO, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing and operating personal data privacy and security compliance projects
- Knowledge of personal data protection management systems and privacy risks
- Strong information science and personal data management knowledge
- Knowledge of privacy standards or frameworks including ISO 27701, GDPR, or CCPA
- Knowledge of at least one security control framework or audit requirement including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
- At least one international personal data management certification such as ISO 27701 Lead Auditor or BS 10012
- Experience with compliance in modern cloud environments
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate compliance work
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Blockchain technology knowledge is a plus
- Experience with user privacy and software development is a plus
- Experience designing or developing scripts and automating compliance work is a plus
- Experience with multinational compliance projects is a plus
