About the Role

You will operate, maintain, configure, and improve production security platforms. You will support upgrades, troubleshooting, automation, integrations, telemetry, incident engineering, root-cause analysis, and platform reliability improvements across global operations.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of cyber security engineering or platform engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience operating enterprise security platforms.
  • Experience troubleshooting operational issues across security controls.
  • Experience working with distributed global engineering teams.
  • Experience with several enterprise security platform domains, including endpoint security, secure web gateways, WAFs, SIEM, email security, vulnerability management, or network security controls.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and improve production security platforms.
  • Configure and optimize enterprise security platforms.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor platform health, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues across security platforms.
  • Automate platform configuration and operational workflows.
  • Support integrations between security platforms and internal systems.
  • Write scripts and tooling to improve operational efficiency.
  • Improve telemetry pipelines and data flows.
  • Support incident response teams with platform troubleshooting.
  • Assist with root-cause analysis and implement post-incident improvements.
  • Improve platform observability and operational metrics.
  • Support adoption of security tools and platform capabilities.
