About the Role
You will perform vacation-rental turnovers, clean and sanitize homes, replace linens, restock supplies, reset furniture and decor, remove trash, and report damage. You will work independently in the field, travel locally between homes, and occasionally support laundry or deep-cleaning work.
Requirements
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and work independently
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including lifting 25+ pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to use a smartphone or mobile application to log tasks and report issues
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-service vacation-rental turnovers
- Clean and sanitize rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Move and reset light furniture for cleaning
- Replace linens and towels and restock amenities
- Stage decor and hospitality touches to property standards
- Remove trash and debris from homes and properties
- Report damage and missing items
- Maintain cleaning supplies and linens
- Assist with laundry, linen transport, and deep-clean days as needed
