About the Role
You will execute scheme compliance reviews and controls for Visa card programmes. You will review marketing materials, maintain TPA and PIF registries, track submissions, triage queries, support client reviews, maintain audit-ready records, monitor scheme bulletins, and recommend actions for senior review.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of compliance, risk, or operations experience
- Card issuer, acquirer, payment institution, card network, or fintech experience
- Scheme compliance exposure is desirable
- TPA concepts
- PIF concepts
- Strong written English
- Independent remote work
- High-volume review experience
- Visa Online, VMM, or scheme portal exposure is desirable
- BIN Sponsorship familiarity is desirable
- Cards-as-a-Service familiarity is desirable
- Marketing or content review experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Review TPA and client marketing materials against scheme standards
- Conduct post-publication sweeps across marketing channels
- Maintain TPA and PIF registries
- Monitor submission statuses and follow up on outstanding items
- Triage scheme queries and flagged cases
- Draft responses and action plans
- Compile client data packs
- Conduct first-pass client review checks
- Maintain scheme compliance trackers and records
- Monitor Visa Business News and scheme bulletins
- Improve processes with the Scheme Compliance team
