About the Role
You will provide technical assistance throughout customer lifecycles, develop expertise in the Data and AI Platform, and guide customers toward sound technical decisions using AI-augmented workflows. You will support multiple customers concurrently and deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a technical role.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of AI-driven development with Python or SQL.
- Understanding of end-to-end data analytics and data engineering workflows.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
