About the Role
Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, maintain platform configuration and data security, build and deploy enhancements, test Apex development, train users on reports and dashboards, analyze business requirements, troubleshoot issues, assess system impacts, recommend process improvements, and manage bulk data operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Experience with Salesforce flows, email alerts, custom objects, page layouts, assignment rules, and security controls.
- Experience with Apex testing, reports, dashboards, and business requirements analysis.
- Familiarity with DataLoader, Workbench, and DemandTools.
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day end-user support.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce flows, email alerts, custom objects, page layouts, and assignment rules.
- Troubleshoot bugs and user issues.
- Create and maintain process, policy, configuration, and training documentation.
- Manage platform data security, access, and permissions.
- Design, build, document, test, and deploy enhancements.
- Assist with testing Apex development.
- Train users on reports and dashboards.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions.
- Assess impacts of new requirements on connected systems and processes.
- Keep current with Salesforce features and recommend process improvements.
- Perform bulk data manipulation.
