About the Role
You will execute high-volume operational processes, use data and technology to improve workflows, maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation, meet service-level agreements and support enhancements that remove operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Experience in process optimisation or business operations
- Communication skills for managing cross-departmental stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and work with data
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, VBA or Tableau
- Experience creating and streamlining large-scale processes
- Ability to use data to solve problems and eliminate operational bottlenecks
- Project management experience
