About the Role
You will investigate credential-compromise incidents, trace behavior across accounts, and operate remediation workflows. You will establish revocation, notification, and restoration standards, improve detection with engineering and data science partners, and write policy for compromise scenarios.
Requirements
- Experience in trust and safety, fraud investigation, security operations, or a related field
- Expertise in account takeover, credential abuse, session security, or incident response
- Experience designing or operating enforcement, remediation, or customer-recovery flows
- SQL or similar data-analysis skills
- Ability to balance platform protection with restoration for legitimate compromised customers
- Written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate amid evolving priorities
Responsibilities
- Investigate credential-compromise incidents across first-party and third-party platforms
- Design and operate compromised-account remediation workflows
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to distinguish compromised traffic from abuse
- Enforce usage policies and mitigate harmful AI use
- Work with threat intelligence on credential-abuse patterns
- Write policy frameworks for account-compromise scenarios
- Provide enforcement expertise for compromise-related abuse investigations
