About the Role
You'll design, develop, and ship complex features for a layer-1 blockchain built for stablecoins and payments, with a strong focus on performance and benchmarking. You'll own development throughout the entire lifecycle, collaborating deeply with stakeholders and iterating quickly to incorporate feedback. You'll work extensively with Rust and the Ethereum ecosystem, including the EVM, Execution Layer, and reth, contributing across the entire Ethereum stack.
Requirements
- Significant experience building scalable, distributed systems in Rust
- Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution Layer
- Familiarity with reth and consensus mechanisms
- Hands-on experience working across the entire Ethereum stack is ideal
- Self-motivated and independent
- Excited by ambiguity and opportunities to develop concrete solutions to nebulous problems
- Collaborative and an exceptional communicator
