You will develop, test, and maintain backend services in Rust. You will contribute to data lake and indexer tools, optimize storage and retrieval for low-latency systems, collaborate on deployment and monitoring, design APIs for complex queries, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and promote Rust best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend development
- 1+ year of production-grade Rust experience
- Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and systems design
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar database technologies
- Continuous learning and knowledge sharing
