About the Role
You will design and build a unified account and matching system for perpetuals, spot, and prediction markets. You will build ExchangeOS components, optimize transaction execution and order pipelines, apply trading-system practices, and translate venue requirements into technical designs.
Requirements
- Strong Rust proficiency and experience with high-performance, low-latency systems.
- Understanding of exchange and matching-engine mechanics, including order books, margin, liquidation, ADL, settlement, and risk engines.
- Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus, P2P networking, and cryptography.
- Experience with systems performance profiling, memory or allocator tuning, and low-latency design.
- Knowledge of trading systems and blockchain technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and build unified account and matching systems for perpetuals, spot, and prediction markets.
- Implement on-chain order matching, cross-margin validation, settlement, liquidation, and risk engines.
- Build and optimize ExchangeOS staking and venue-creation components.
- Optimize transaction execution, order pipelines, throughput, and latency.
- Research blockchain and trading-system technologies and apply relevant practices.
- Translate venue and exchange requirements into technical designs and provide technical support.
