About the Role
You will organize customer requirements, define specifications, assess robot, hand, and control configurations, and lead automation projects from planning through on-site implementation. You will manage schedules, specifications, quality, and costs; coordinate customers, vendors, and engineers; and support robot-cell commissioning and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Experience with production, automation, logistics, or manufacturing equipment, including requirements definition, specification review, equipment selection, deployment planning, commissioning, or operational improvement
- Experience coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Project delivery experience, including schedule or issue management
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Willingness to communicate in English by chat and email
Responsibilities
- Propose robotic systems and define requirements and specifications for automation challenges
- Evaluate robot models, hands, and control specifications
- Manage project schedules, specifications, quality, costs, and delivery
- Coordinate and negotiate with customers, vendors, and internal engineers
- Support robot-cell commissioning and on-site deployment
- Resolve post-deployment issues and improve quality
