About the Role
You will diagnose and resolve issues in a fleet of order-fulfilling robots, debug robotics and fulfillment software, and support operations during critical incidents. You will develop observability tools, document system operation and issue resolution, analyze production data, and prioritize improvements using operational metrics.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience supporting and improving complex robotics systems in production, or 2 years of experience plus a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Robotics
- Technical debugging skills and ability to interpret logs and data
- Proficiency with SQL
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience with robotics fleet management and autonomous logistics is preferred
- Ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Diagnose and resolve issues in the robot fleet
- Debug robotics and fulfillment software to alleviate operational issues
- Develop observability tools for faster production-issue mitigation
- Create and maintain system-operation and issue-resolution documentation
- Use data to prioritize system improvements
- Provide timely support to operations teams to improve system and robot metrics
