About the Role
You will develop and maintain robotic control stacks, motion planning capabilities, and learned-policy integrations. You will build sim-to-real pipelines, configure and calibrate robot platforms, diagnose complex system behavior, translate research algorithms into reliable robotic behavior, and enable large-scale experimentation using GPU-accelerated simulation.
Requirements
- Master's degree and three years of experience, PhD in robotics or a relevant field, or bachelor's degree and three or more years of industry experience
- Python proficiency
- Experience with physical robots or robotic simulation
- Development and debugging skills across perception, planning or inference, control, and hardware
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Systems-oriented approach to robotic infrastructure
- Experience with real-time control systems, control, dynamics, and system identification
- Experience transferring control and learning-based methods from simulation to real robotic systems
- Familiarity with large-scale simulation and reinforcement learning pipelines
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robotic control stacks, including low-level control, motion planning, and learned-policy integration
- Develop and maintain sim-to-real pipelines
- Lead robot setup across manipulation and mobile hardware platforms
- Integrate, calibrate, and tune robotic systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and runtime behavior
- Translate algorithms into reliable real-world robotic behavior
- Use GPU-accelerated simulation frameworks for large-scale experimentation
