About the Role
You will perform maintenance and inspections on humanoid robots, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, and document repairs. You will develop diagnostic tools and procedures, follow assembly documentation, work with engineering and validation groups, and occasionally travel to customer or development-partner sites.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with complex systems
- Familiarity with CMD prompt, Google Suite, and development GUIs
- Familiarity with scopes, digital multimeters, and current probes
- Familiarity with torque tools and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read PCB and harness schematics
- Full-system diagnostic experience and organized diagnostic processes
- Ability to remove and replace mechanical components up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of humanoid robots
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Work with engineering, build, validation, and fabrication groups to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Develop diagnostic tools and procedures
- Follow assembly documentation
- Travel occasionally to customer or development-partner sites
