About the Role
You will diagnose complex GPU, CPU, server, firmware, and operating-system failures. You will determine root causes and remediation paths, coordinate repairs or replacements, work with hardware vendors, validate system readiness, identify recurring failures, and maintain detailed case and troubleshooting documentation.
Requirements
- Jira experience managing technical issues, RMA cases, and vendor escalations
- Complex hardware and system-level troubleshooting experience in a data-center or infrastructure environment
- RMA workflow, hardware lifecycle management, or infrastructure support experience
- NVIDIA or AMD GPU experience
- System-log, firmware, and performance-metric analysis
- Hardware vendor escalation experience
- Knowledge of server hardware, system architecture, and data-center operations
- Jira, Confluence, and vendor support portal experience
- Microcloud or distributed infrastructure experience
Responsibilities
- Analyze GPU and CPU hardware failures using logs, performance data, firmware behavior, and workload interactions
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and operating-system faults
- Provide diagnostic data to hardware vendors and guide resolution strategies
- Coordinate on-site hardware repair and replacement activities
- Evaluate software and firmware compatibility issues
- Validate system stability before returning hardware to production
- Identify recurring failure patterns and improve RMA workflows
- Maintain failure analysis, troubleshooting, and vendor-case documentation
