About the Role

You will map, monitor, and mitigate market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, compliance, and technology risks. You will define risk indicators and reporting, build policies and level-one controls, support product and regulatory reviews, coordinate external control consultants, and train colleagues on risk topics.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of professional experience in audit, bank inspection, or finance-sector risk
  • Understanding of French and European regulatory frameworks including MiFID
  • Experience with AML/CFT, MiFID, counterparty, liquidity, market, FX, and cyber risks
  • Analytical ability to structure complex topics
  • English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain risk mapping across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, compliance, and technology risks
  • Define and track key risk indicators and limits
  • Produce risk reporting for management and regulators
  • Define risk-management processes and procedures
  • Develop and document risk-management policies
  • Design level-one controls
  • Collect data needed to implement controls
  • Coordinate outsourced internal-control consultants
  • Review risks for new products and activities
  • Contribute to regulatory files, including UK FCA expansion
  • Support external partners on risk-control matters
  • Train teams on risk topics
