About the Role

You will own the project risk register, quantify exposures, assign mitigation ownership, and lead recurring risk reviews. You will manage change identification, pricing review, entitlement assessment, negotiation support, contract notices, claims documentation, and change-order execution. You will integrate risk and pending-change forecasts into cost reporting and build standardized risk and change procedures.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in project controls commercial management contract administration or risk and change roles
  • Strong knowledge of GMP lump sum and EPC contracts
  • Experience managing quantified risk registers
  • Experience with the full change-order lifecycle
  • Claims-awareness and strong documentation practices
  • Construction cost knowledge sufficient to assess contractor pricing
  • Data center power or heavy industrial project experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering construction quantity surveying or a related field
  • Site travel of 15-25% as needed
