About the Role
You will manage 401(k) plan conversions from initial handoff through asset transfer and first contribution, gather documentation, reconcile data, guide plan sponsors and administrators, monitor benchmarks, and coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Legal.
Requirements
- 4+ years of total work experience
- 3+ years in client-facing implementation, technical account management, or retirement plan administration
- Experience managing a large book of business
- Knowledge of SaaS, Operations, or Finance
- Retirement plan experience
- Analytical skills
- Data accuracy and reconciliation
- Salesforce proficiency
- Communication skills
- RPS or CRPS designation or pursuit
- ERISA familiarity
- Payroll systems familiarity
- Safe Harbor compliance familiarity
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of 401(k) plan conversions
- Gather documentation from plan sponsors and administrators
- Ensure accurate data submission
- Serve as the primary client contact
- Guide employers through task dashboards
- Monitor activation, readiness, CSAT, and response-time benchmarks
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Legal
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows and communications
