About the Role
You will advance LLM-based AI technology across reinforcement learning, interpretability, and AI agents. You will drive a core research thread, prototype initial ideas, explore system architectures and hyperparameters, and design efficient, reliable training and inference pipelines. For senior-level work, you may set code architecture direction and lead projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrate meticulous experimental design, epistemic self-awareness, and transparency
