About the Role
You will develop novel machine learning models and algorithms for drug discovery. You will design architectures and training methods, analyse experimental results, scale training and inference frameworks, and communicate research findings across disciplines. Depending on your experience, you may lead projects and mentor other researchers.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
- Proven machine learning and deep learning experience, including architecture design, experimentation, analysis, and visualisation
- Knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, and statistics
- Experience with JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Experience with NumPy, SciPy, or Pandas
- Project supervision, leadership, or management, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Contribute to machine learning research directions for drug discovery
- Identify novel machine learning techniques and training data
- Develop machine learning model architectures and training algorithms
- Analyse and tune experimental results
