About the Role
You will build and operate end-to-end execution, training, and data infrastructure for agentic models and coding assistants. You will design scalable synthetic-data and reinforcement-learning systems, optimize distributed training runtimes, and maintain high-throughput sandboxing platforms. You will improve resource allocation, isolation, reliability, telemetry, and automated recovery across large hybrid and multi-cloud clusters, including participation in on-call rotations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of systems engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or MLOps experience supporting LLM or RL workloads

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate large-scale sandboxing infrastructure for untrusted code execution
- Architect and scale synthetic code generation, agent trajectory, rollout, and self-play data pipelines
- Optimize training codebases and distributed execution runtimes
- Reduce sandbox cold-start times through warm pools, snapshotting, and image-delivery improvements
- Implement Kubernetes-native controllers, CRDs, and queuing systems
- Ensure multi-tenant network and process isolation for untrusted code
- Maintain availability, telemetry, and automated self-healing for transient jobs
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical training and execution pipelines
