About the Role
You will build distributed systems that orchestrate AI workloads across global compute infrastructure. You will design interfaces for experiments, create tools that make results understandable to people and agents, and develop systems that accelerate experimentation, reinforcement learning, agent evaluation, and model development.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing and shipping distributed systems for compute-intensive workloads
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, or Go
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration, including AWS and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, agent evaluation, or ML infrastructure
- Computer Science, Engineering, or related education or equivalent practical experience
