About the Role
You will prepare and submit government proposals, administer awarded contracts and grants, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will manage reporting, financial models, fund tracking, documentation, audits, modifications, renewals, and negotiation paperwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in government contracting, compliance, research administration, or financial administration
- Experience with government proposal preparation, grant compliance, and reporting
- Familiarity with government accounting standards, financial management, and research fund tracking
- Meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements and maintain U.S. work authorization
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations
- Prepare and submit government proposals
- Manage financial, technical, and performance reporting
- Develop financial models for forecasting, contract execution, and fund tracking
- Oversee government accounting-system compliance
- Manage research funding and grant-administration compliance
- Track research expenditures and allocate grant funds
- Maintain records for audits, reviews, and grant reporting
- Support contract modifications, grant renewals, amendments, and negotiations
- Coordinate contract and grant execution with legal, finance, and operations
