About the Role
You acquire new partners through cold calling in the field and by telephone, build and maintain partner relationships, activate inactive partners, onboard new partners, and achieve monthly revenue and trading targets. You drive trading in Equity and F&O segments, train and support partners, ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, resolve partner issues, and support retention.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, sub-broker acquisition, or financial services sales
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed onboarding and revenue goals
- Basic understanding of stock markets, brokerage models, and trading systems
- Minimum 75% partner activation every month
Responsibilities
