About the Role

You will work closely with the Head of Transfer Agency to open investor accounts, perform periodic AML and KYC reviews, clear daily screening hits, manage capital calls and distributions, maintain investor registers, support regulatory filings, monitor local regulations, and escalate matters when appropriate.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of client services experience in a transfer agent environment
  • Strong understanding of the alternative market
  • Strong technical expertise in AML and KYC
  • Experience with control and supervision work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Additional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Open investor accounts and perform periodic AML and KYC reviews
  • Improve AML and KYC processes
  • Review and clear daily screening hits
  • Manage capital calls, distributions, payments, and investor inquiries
  • Maintain comprehensive investor registers
  • Support regulatory filings and ad hoc projects
  • Monitor local laws and regulations
  • Escalate appropriate matters to the Head of Transfer Agency
