About the Role
You will source candidates, build talent pipelines, and develop talent acquisition strategies. You will manage the candidate experience through offer management, advise hiring teams, collaborate with HR partners, share recruiting data insights, and support hiring across regions.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of recruitment experience
- Experience with sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience hiring for business teams
- Experience working with HR Business Partners, Rewards, HR Operations, and business leaders
- Experience collecting recruiting data and influencing hiring decisions
- Experience in an international and cross-cultural environment
Responsibilities
- Source candidates and develop talent acquisition strategies
- Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer management
