- Optimize the ATS, recruiting stack, workflows, and processes
- Build recruiting metrics and reporting and turn insights into improvements
- Align workforce plans and recruiting capacity with business priorities
- Enable recruiters and hiring managers on tools, sourcing, workflows, interviewing, hiring principles, and calibration
- Establish and improve candidate experience standards
- Use AI, talent intelligence, market data, and emerging technology to improve talent acquisition
