About the Role

You will participate in training on kdb+/q, market microstructure, and trading-strategy development. You will analyze and model trading opportunities using real-world data, build and enhance decision and risk-management tools, solve complex problems with traders and technologists, and present your work to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Be pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in a STEM field.
  • Graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Have strong Python programming skills or similar language skills.
  • Understand statistics, probability, and optimization techniques.
  • Have exposure to data-analysis tools such as R, MATLAB, Pandas, or NumPy.
  • Understand financial markets, algorithmic trading, and market microstructure.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly.
