About the Role
Collect and analyze large financial datasets, identify patterns, and extract insights from global markets. Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering to develop forecasts and predictive trading models while collaborating with scientists, traders, and software and hardware developers.
Requirements
- Proven success with profitable trading strategies
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python in a Linux environment
- Knowledge of forecasting and data mining techniques
- Experience developing statistical models in a trading environment
- Experience working with large data sets
- Familiarity with Python, R, or MATLAB
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related subject
