About the Role
You develop trading strategies and predictive models using statistical and machine learning algorithms, improve signals and features, design scalable research workflows, and contribute strong quantitative research and communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional work experience in statistics, machine learning, or a related area
- BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a similar technical field
- Proven academic or professional research background
- Programming experience in Python or C++
- Expertise in statistics and machine learning
- Ability to react quickly and accurately to changing market conditions and solve math and coding problems
