About the Role

You will apply advanced quantitative modelling techniques to analyse market behaviour, develop mathematical foundations and implement execution algorithms. You will contribute to R&D of execution strategies, predictive signals and control algorithms, build software to enhance execution, collaborate with researchers, traders and developers on real projects, and present periodic demos to receive feedback.

Requirements

  • Studying a full-time PhD in a quantitative discipline (math, physics, computer science, statistics or related)
  • Experience programming in Python
  • Experience with C++ or Java is a plus
  • Experience with statistical analysis, numerical programming or machine learning in Python, Pandas, NumPy, R and/or MATLAB
  • Passion for applying quantitative models and technology to real-world problems
  • Strong communication skills
