About the Role

You will manage platform risk by maintaining the on-chain margin engine and offchain risk services. You will own risk parameters, support new asset listings, design frameworks for emerging asset classes, and build scalable tooling. You will also scope and drive ambiguous projects from specification through production.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative foundation in mathematics statistics physics engineering computer science or a related field
• Demonstrated quantitative interest and aptitude
• Experience building and shipping production software
• Ability to make independent decisions and drive projects to completion
• Track record of high agency and willingness to learn unfamiliar areas
• Team-first attitude
• Passion for decentralized finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Blockchain experience especially Solana preferred
• Quantitative or proprietary trading background preferred
• Derivatives perpetual futures or options experience preferred
• Familiarity with pre-IPO or private market funding structures preferred
• Rust proficiency preferred

• Support the end-to-end process of listing new assets
• Design and build risk frameworks for emerging asset classes
• Build scalable risk management tooling and infrastructure
• Scope and drive large projects from specification through production
