About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain tools and systems for pricing, trading, risk management, and analysis of spot and financial instruments. You will implement quantitative models under supervision, automate calculations and reporting, integrate models into production systems, and test, validate, document, and improve the tools and infrastructure you develop. You will work with quant and IT teams to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software development or a similar technical role
- Basic understanding of financial markets and market microstructure
- Foundations in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical methods
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java
- Familiarity with NumPy, SciPy, pandas, and scientific computing
- Knowledge of Git, testing, code review, and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with data pipelines and production systems
- Basic understanding of risk management principles
- Fluent French and English at C2 level
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain pricing and risk tools
- Implement pricing, statistical, and calibration models under supervision
- Automate calculation and reporting processes for trading and risk teams
- Integrate quantitative models and tools into production systems
- Test, validate, and document developed tools
