About the Role
You will live and breathe the crypto markets, which never sleep. You need to be passionate about following developments in the crypto space and love watching the markets around the clock. You'll be excited to spot opportunities and work closely with the trading team. Together with the team, you'll be responsible for executing trades, managing PnL, and handling day-to-day trading operations. You will also continuously look for the best results in developing, maintaining, and improving trading strategies, striving to be faster and smarter than the competition. You'll work closely with the research and technology teams to achieve this.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in high-frequency trading or completed an internship at an HFT firm
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to spot opportunities and capitalize on them
- Capability to make split second decisions
- Experience with programming (Python or another language)
