Requirements

Experience developing and deploying mid-frequency strategies
Demonstrable production performance
Strong quantitative background
Advanced Python coding skills
C++ familiarity
Interest in translating strategies from traditional markets into crypto
Proof-of-concept or live performance data for crypto strategies
Market making or liquidity provision experience
Knowledge of exchange APIs
Knowledge of market microstructure
Knowledge of blockchain data
