About the Role

You will manage quality activities for suppliers and contract manufacturers, audit their compliance, and monitor performance metrics. You will investigate defects and site-quality concerns, lead corrective actions, support quality planning, maintain documentation, and travel to supplier locations as needed.

Requirements

• Related work experience
• At least 3 years of quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Quality management methods including FMEA, DOE, MSA, GRR, and 8D
• Experience with Control Plans, FMEAs, and PPAP or equivalent approval processes
• Engineering fundamentals and critical control point identification
• Statistical process control software including SAA, Minitab, and JMP
• Advanced Excel
• Communication, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality activities for assigned suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Serve as the primary quality contact for suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and reviews
• Support quality planning across the product lifecycle
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues
• Monitor supplier quality metrics and drive improvement actions
• Maintain quality documentation and report supplier performance
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Travel to supplier and contract manufacturing locations as needed
