About the Role
You will establish and maintain quality-management practices for data center operations. You will monitor operational performance, support infrastructure handovers, manage documentation and change control, coordinate corrective actions, and help ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting. You will use audits, incident analysis, operational data, and stakeholder feedback to improve reliability, safety, efficiency, and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering, quality management, industrial management, information technology, energy, or environmental management field.
- Professional experience in quality engineering, operational excellence, compliance, technical reporting, or continuous improvement in a mission-critical or highly regulated operational environment.
- Experience in operational performance measurement, internal auditing, incident or root-cause investigation, and corrective-action management.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least B1 intermediate Finnish proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a quality-management framework for data center operations.
- Ensure operational procedures and technical documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor compliance with operational processes, service requirements, quality standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct quality reviews, inspections, process assessments, and internal audits.
- Identify quality risks, process gaps, recurring incidents, alarms, and improvement opportunities.
- Support commissioning, handover, and transition of new or expanded infrastructure into live operations.
- Monitor supply-chain partners and on-site contractors against quality benchmarks and operational standards.
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational controls, procedures, reporting processes, and evidence requirements.
- Maintain registers of regulations, reporting obligations, deadlines, owners, and supporting evidence.
- Define, validate, and analyze operational data, quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare quality and operational-performance reports and recommendations for management.
- Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and verify their implementation.
- Lead or support initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, compliance, safety, and service quality.
- Maintain document control, records management, version control, and retention practices.
- Assess and verify operational changes for quality, compliance, reliability, risk, and documentation impacts.
