About the Role
You will investigate and reproduce functional frontend issues manually, perform root cause analysis of test failures, and identify deficiencies in existing test scripts. You will design and document test scenarios, conduct investigatory testing of unreleased features, and participate in full cycle testing including preparing test environments and executing tests. You will work with CI/CD tools to construct test environments, use Git for version control, and may write or maintain test scripts (Java is a plus). You will collaborate using Agile/Scrum practices and common collaboration tools.
Requirements
- 3 years+ of frontend QA engineering experience
- Experience with testing the design by layouts (Figma)
- Backend testing experience is a bonus
- Full cycle testing from designing manual tests, developing scripts, preparing the test environment and execution
- Familiar with test environment construction by CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab)
- Familiar with Git
- Scripting ability using Java is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and using collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Slack
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
