About the Role
You will plan and coordinate cross-platform and blockchain testing efforts, lead initiatives to improve product quality, and proactively monitor production to catch user-critical defects. You will perform functional, regression, and integration testing, log clear reproducible bugs, collaborate with Design and Support, maintain regression test cases, and hunt for vulnerabilities and fraud vectors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience testing cross-platform applications and mini-apps
- Hands-on experience with localization testing across multiple languages and regions
- Experience in blockchain and dApp testing
- Collaboration with customer support teams to triage and resolve user-reported issues
- Testing against design mockups and close collaboration with design teams to ensure UI/UX consistency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and drive results
- Experienced blockchain user with practical understanding of wallets, transactions, and dApps
- Continuous production monitoring experience (e.g., Sentry, OpenSearch)
- Proactivity and strong product orientation
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate testing activities collaboratively with the second QA engineer
- Lead initiatives and proposals to improve overall product quality
- Monitor product health and detect user-critical defects before they escalate
- Champion UI and UX quality and review the app regularly with Design
- Benchmark against competitor apps and adopt proven user flows and patterns
- Partner with Support to triage user reports, prioritize issues, and communicate resolutions
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure release quality
- Identify, log, and analyze bugs with reproducible steps, impact assessment, and environment details
- Process incoming incidents from Support, ensure timely mitigation, and document root cause and fixes
- Create and maintain regression test cases
- Hunt for vulnerabilities and abuse and fraud vectors and verify protective controls
- Critically review specs and planned features to surface ambiguities, risks, and edge cases early
