About the Role
You will define quality gates and testing methodologies used across the engineering organization. You will partner with engineering teams to integrate developer-level testing early in the development cycle and move testing toward shared ownership. You will own testing infrastructure by selecting, implementing, and maintaining testing tools and systems. You will identify and implement AI tools and agents to automate repetitive testing tasks and maximize coverage. You will work with technical leadership and Client Delivery Leads to ensure testing is prioritized and resourced during project planning.
Requirements
- Proven software quality assurance experience in a high-growth technical environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior engineers and establish technical authority
- Proactive use of AI agents and automation to optimize the QA lifecycle
- Familiarity with high-security standards such as CJIS CMMC or SOC 2
- Ability to balance rigorous quality standards with the agility of a ~100-person company
